WingSwept Gets Award for Marketing Their Leading Brand

WingSwept received an award at the InSpire award banquet, hosted by the North Carolina Public Relations Society, last week.  The banquet honored the best in communications, and the award that recognized WingSwept was for best practices in marketing.  WingSwept was given the “Award of Excellence” in the Silver division for it’s efforts in Vertical Marketing and more specifically for the marketing of Repair Shop Websites.  It was submitted in a category regarding the marketing of consumer products or services, business-to-business.

WingSwept utilizes the Repair Shop Websites brand under their Vertical Market division to assist automotive repair shops in establishing a reputation and improving their brand with existing and potential customers.  Vertical marketing efforts are applied towards specific industries where local businesses can use a professional website to level the playing field throughout their industry with national chains or gain a competitive advantage over other local businesses without websites.  Repair Shop Websites gives over 1,600 customers the ability to be consistent and proactive through a web presence.  Our business-to-business product is marketed based on the particular need for websites in the automotive repair industry and the experience we have with Web design and customer satisfaction.  WingSwept began the brand Repair Shop Websites in 2005, and has since become the industry leader in automotive repair websites.  Since its inception in 2005, Repair Shop Websites has grown from 50 customers into a well-established brand with over 1,600 customers.  Recent growth and future successes can be accredited to marketing efforts put forth in 2009.

WingSwept Continues to Build Sales Team to Meet Growing Demands

GARNER, NC (February 10, 2010) - WingSwept has added Kerri Moltzon and Marc Hall to its team of top-notch sales professionals in its Vertical Markets division.  Repair Shop Websites (RSW) and Body Shop Websites (BSW), both part of the WingSwept’s Vertical Markets division, have experienced exponential growth even in difficult economic times.

RSW and BSW have been integral tools for automotive repair businesses as consumer demands continue to rise.  With RSW and BSW, automotive shop owners are able to reach customers who need their services.

Moltzon joined WingSwept with more than 14 years of sales and research experience.  She expresses excitement in finding a growing, progressive company such as WingSwept that provides a challenging, stimulating, and supportive environment for staff.

“I am very motivated to be part of the WingSwept team and have the opportunity to help improve shop owner’s businesses,” said Moltzon.  “I was intrigued with the niche market of Repair Shop Websites and Body Shop Websites, and further impressed by their stability in the economy.”

Hall joined WingSwept with over 17 years of sales experience.  He combines his sales know-how with his enjoyment of automobiles to assist shop owners in enhancing their businesses.

“I’m excited about providing a solid RSW product to the marketplace,” Hall said.  “The Vertical Markets division has a unique approach to working with repair shops who take complete pride their overall appearance.”

The new members go through extensive training to ensure their preparedness for representing the RSW and BSW products. WingSwept Promotes Staff Member to Conquer Another Vertical

WingSwept has promoted a leading sales representative, Robert Goldsobel, to the position of Body Shop Websites team lead.  Robert has been promoted based on his extraordinary sales performance and leadership skills.  As the team lead, Robert will be responsible for the initial sales focus for Body Shop Websites and helping to train and develop a high functioning team to help meet the demand for this product.

This is a logical step in WingSwept’s focus on multiple verticals in their Vertical Market division. They have established themselves as the leader in automotive repair shop websites, and can now concentrate efforts on developing its sister brand.

Much of Body Shop Websites has been molded around Repair Shop Websites, but the industries are more different than most imagine. WingSwept’s senior web developers and Vertical Markets team have dedicated a lot of time and resources to perfecting the product for the collision industry clientele.

As Body Shop Business publisher Jon S. Owens said in the Sept. 2007 issue, “Having a website is now a basic, fundamental business practice. Not having one doesn’t necessarily mean you’re going to fail, but it can be construed as a sign that you don’t desire to succeed long term.”

It is important the collision repair shops understand that their competitors are on the Web, and so are their customers.  WingSwept can give these shops the opportunity to level the playing field with competition.

“There is a major demand for a professional tool that will assist body shops in attracting and servicing customers while being a wise investment with no long-term commitment,” says Richard Benbow, Vice President of Vertical Markets.  “Our team has worked diligently towards understanding the collision industry’s needs and wants, and we are excited to reach out to shop owners across the country and introduce our product to those in need.”
