WingSwept Takes New Strides with Director of Workforce Learning and Sales Development

GARNER, NC (Dec 31, 2010) – Tim Moore, an experienced sales professional who for several years has operated the Dancing Elephants Achievement Group in the Triangle, has been named the director of Workforce Learning and Sales Development for WingSwept, a locally based full-service information technology firm that continues to experience substantial growth both locally and nationally.

Moore’s new position is a unique position that will help sharpen WingSwept’s competitive edge said WingSwept president Jay Strickland.

“Tim’s experience and WingSwept’s resources are sure to make a solid combination as well as a major contribution to the impact our team has in the marketplace,” said Jay Strickland, President of WingSwept. “Tim’s professional role is an important stepping stone in our ongoing growth.”

Moore has almost thirty years of sales and training experience for such companies as Pepsi-Cola, Gillette, Dow Chemical, and L’Oreal USA.  He comes to WingSwept from Dancing Elephants Achievement Group of Raleigh and is the Editor of the Carolina Business Connection.

Moore first began working with WingSwept over two years ago when he provided strategic consulting to their team.  He has remained close with the Garner IT company throughout the years, and Strickland said having Moore come onboard was the next logical step in the professional relationship between him and WingSwept.

At WingSwept, Moore will train, coach and help manage Account Executives in Vertical Markets division as well as enhance hiring techniques.  WingSwept plans to add multiple sales professionals to the team in the beginning of 2011.
